I just placed an order. Can you tell me how long will it take to ship?
Once you’ve ordered, we will pack your order and send it for shipping.
Once shipped, it shouldn’t take more than 2-4 days for the order to reach your doorstep.
When will I get my tracking number?
You will get your tracking number right when we ship your order. Once you get your tracking number, you can easily track the location of your order.
I don’t like my order. Can I return it?
Yes, you can return your order and we will pay you back in full. Remember, don’t open the package. Just jot down your name and order number on the package, and send it right back to us. Once we have received the package, you can either get store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please remember that you’ll have to bear the cost of package return.
There is a problem with my order. How will you help me?
We have a 100% money-back warranty on damaged or defective products. You will have until 30 days to send us back the damaged/defective toy. Once we have received the package, we will refund your money in full. You can also go for store credit or a different product in exchange.
