Where do we ship? 

Currently, we are only shipping to the EU, UK, and the US. 

How long does it take to deliver?

We fulfill our orders and send them for shipping within the day of order placing. The order is then delivered in 2-4 business days.

Orders to locations including the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and Hawaii will be delivered in 5-11 business days.  

Is shipping available on weekends?

Yes, we do ship on weekends to a select few locations. Talk to us to find out if you can receive your order on the weekend. 

Will I receive any shipping details? 

You will receive an email once we have shipped the Gili Toy. You will be able to track your parcel easily. 

If you haven’t received any email, please check your bank’s transaction and see if the payment has been made. Next, see if you’re checking the email inbox that you’ve mentioned in your order. If you still can’t find the email, make sure to check your junk email or promotion emails.
