Gili Toys has a super easy return policy just for you. 


For Defective Products 

We get it; these things can happen during shipping. 

Here’s what you need to do. You will take the damaged toy, wrap the toy up in the case it came in, and then you will send it back to us. Don’t forget to mention your name and the order number on the box. 

Once we have received the package, we can do one of these two things. 

  1. We can refund.
  2. You can exchange the products. 

For Products You Aren’t Happy With 

You don’t like the Gili Toy that you’ve chosen? 

Here’s what you need to do.

You’ve just placed your order. You can cancel your order within the first 24 hours of placing your order. You will get 100% cash back or you can opt for store credit. 

Our suggestion? Choose store credit to buy another Gili Toy and get hours of fun. 

The Gili Toy is on your doorstep. All you need to do is write ‌your name and order number on the package and mail the packed Gili Toy right back to us. Remember, you have a 30-day window and after 30 days you won’t be eligible to return the toy. 

Once we have received the package, we will send you the cash right back. Or you can opt-in for store credit. There is always room for another Gili Toy.

You haven’t received your refund. If you haven’t received your cash refund after a week has passed, just send us an email at lisa-cs@gilitoy.com. We will send your cash right back to you.
